These pictures are from a couple of different Christmas parties from the past week. The one of me in the suit is from our faculty party and the one with all the Chinese students is from a party I had with one of my favorite classes. These students bring me a lot of joy. There are a few in particular that I get along really well with and I love them a lot. They treat me more like a friend than a teacher and I really appreciate that about them. They can make me genuinely laugh too, which I love because not many students can do that. Over the break my plan is to stay with the four boys that are in this class. They are great guys and they all live fairly close to Xinzheng which is really nice. I am eager to spend some time with them in their hometowns :-) Some of the girls live near by too, so I may get so see some of them, but I'm not sure if that will work out or not.
